When is enough really enough?

It was just a normal day at work. People were going about their normal duties and talking about various things. As people worked the conversation turned to sports and who thought which team would win or loose. Then suddenly it happened a suggestion was made and within a few minutes the idea for ESBN as it is today was created. The idea was simple, a few co-workers and their sports picks. I suggested many times that we keep it simple, but each day brought about changes and additions to the original idea. We have added people, rules, month long seasons, etc. The original idea was fun, and I have enjoyed myself. But too much of even a good thing can be bad! I am a busy person with only so much time in a day.

I have a full time job in the Air Force
I am the Pastor of a church.
I have a blog that is supposed to provide up to date information about what is going on in Abilene.
I have a family.
I am a college student.

ohhh yes, I also require sleep :)

There are many other responsibilities I have as well. The bottom line is this. The original idea was great and was fun. But I cannot realistically accomplish everything I need to accomplish and still have adequate time for ESBN.
I will of course finish the current season. I know there are some who feel that no one should quit. I apologize to all that may feel that way. I simply ask that they try to understand. I hope this in no way effects the friendships I have made with those on ESBN.
Steve the "very bad" Psychic.
James "I am the president of my own university and still can't win at this" Willis
Cliff "I drink bath water " Hunt
WFD" I really should be putting out fires, but I am busy here"

It has been alot of fun and I am glad I was able to participate as long as I have. Those who know me was surprised I lasted this long. They know that I usually use my time reading, studying etc. Sports for me is nothing more then an occasional diversion from other things. I have never wanted it to become anything else. So I apologize to all who may dislike my decision and ask that everyone will try to understand.

The sun is setting on my ESBN career.

Is it not fun anymore, or is it true what you say?
