Rule Change, Effective 16 March
Due to the fact that we are allowed to change our picks five minutes before game time, yet we must also have our final picks at 1630 on the day prior, it creates confusion and contradiction.
!!!EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATLY!!!
All picks must be finalized 30 minutes before the sporting event. You must post you pick time if not with another member of ESBN. Please use the honor system, otherwise this whole thing won't be fun. If need be, call some one.
By the way, while using the toilet, I popped a big pimple on my leg. And Gonzaga is LOSING at the posting of thios post. That sucks, Gonzaga, not the pimple.

The original about picks states: All games that we are predicting must be picked 1400 the day prior.
All "predictions" must be made on those games by 1630 on game day. This current rule gives a person more than 26 hours to pick their "prediction"
I think this is ample time.
Although the 5 minute rule in which you can change a "prediction" is a little short it is supposed to go in effect 1 April 06 (even though we will take a one week break) at the beginning of season 4. At that time we will switch to 30 minutes prior to a game. Anytime you change a pick w/in the 5 minute slot you must make contact by phone or in person with any another ESBN essential personal.
In season 4. All games will be posted 1 week prior to allow ample time for research and account for any "job-related" work.
